Steak Salad with Chimichurri


For Salad:
4oz. Grapefruit Marinated Skirt Steak from previous post, sliced
1 Radish, sliced
2 Cups Spinach
½ Cup Red Cabbage, shredded

For Chimichurri:
¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
¼ cup Parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. Fresh Oregano, chopped
3 Large Garlic Cloves, minced
½ cup Olive Oil
Crushed Red Pepper
Sea Salt Salt
Limes for serving


  1. Whisk your cilantro, parsley, oregano, garlic, and olive oil together. Season with crushed red pepper and salt to taste
  2. Assemble your salad, add chimichurri, sprinkle with lime juce and enjoy!
